The Master of Law program (LL.M.) of the Institute for Legal Research UNACH conducts its collective research activities around the following lines of research with transversal approach in local governments:
Each line of research will be coordinated by members of the basic faculty academic teachers.
Preferably research projects will focus on the lines of research of the IIJ UNACH, namely:
Democratic governance, institutional reform and fundamental rights at the local level
In this sense, it is suggested that research projects should reflect on the factors that influence the evolution, development and strengthening of the constitutional rule of law and public institutions, setting up from the reality and perspective of the States.
Projects that focus on other areas related to contemporary issues of building the rule of law in southeastern Mexico and Central America can also be admitted.
These studies are taught in at least four semesters and a maximum of seven. During this period the student must finish his dissertation, and successfully defend it in open examination within 5 years from registration to the Masters Program (LL.M.).
Establish a joint reflection on the factors that influence the development and strengthening of the constitutional rule of law, from the reality and perspective of the entities of the federation.
Connect Chiapas’s society with legal science to generate a constitutional culture through the promotion and organization of training, dissemination, disclosure, socialization and application of legal knowledge.
