El programa de Maestría en Derecho consta de 7 unidades de competencia,  2 instrumentales, 4 seminarios optativos y 3 seminarios de investigación relativo a la elaboración de la Tesis de Grado distribuidos en 704 horas de docencia académica y 736 horas de trabajo independiente haciendo un total de 1,440 horas equivalente a 81 créditos totales. Cabe mencionar que al ser una Maestría en Derecho con énfasis en investigación no se requiere una estancia académica.

1. Presentation of EXANI III CENEVAL exam.
2. Comply with the requirements of Article 77 of the Regulation of Research and Graduate UNACH.
3. Letter of intent (*)
4. Interview with the Committee on Research and Graduate UNACH IIJ.
5. Submit a dissertation project, preferably around the lines of research of the IIJ UNACHm maximum 25 pages
6. Two letters of recommendation (*) from teachers or researchers with master degree, linked to the field of study of legal science

• Registration request (duplicate)*.
• Student CV with copies of supporting documents.
• Original and two copies of Masters degree or its equivalent, in terms of Article 77 of the Regulation of Research and Graduate UNACH.
• Research proposal with a length between 15 to 25 pages.
• Certificate issued by the University or any other institution of higher education that certifies applicant to be linked to teaching or academic research.
• Certificate attesting to the level of reading comprehension of two foreign languages ​​issued by the department of languages ​​UNACH.
• Two letters of recommendation signed by renowned scholars.
• Copy of birth certificate or naturalization papers in duplicate.
• In the case of foreigners, two copies of the appropriate immigration form.
• Three passport-size photographs in color.
• Certificate of CENEVAL-EXANI-III exam.
• Letter of acceptance from the educational program.
• Receipt of payment of duties and fees due.
• All documents marked with advance copies must be submitted to the Academic Secretariat of the IIJ UNACH. Once accepted the applicant to enter the PhD program will be asked to display the original documents for verification.

Foreign applicants whose native language is not Spanish must submit a certificate proving mastery of the Spanish language and another certificate of reading comprehension of a language different from his mother tongue. They must also submit the documents proving the validity of the studies and their corresponding accreditation documents and legal stay in the country certified by the competent authorities,

Matters not specified in this call will be resolved by the Committee of Research and Graduate of the Institute. 

The Master in Law program (LL.M.) has ensured the partnership with the various sectors and social groups in the state and country. It is important to note that the Law as an issue has a role of great importance in Mexican society.

The fundamental purpose of managing the outreach is to promote, strengthen and consolidate the processes of student and faculty exchange and promote the internationalization of the Program.

UNACH has framework agreements with various national and international institutions of higher education, which offer similar professional education and training as this program, and therefore represent the ideal space where students can engage in mobility and exchange activities and also creates the opportunity that graduates of Master Programs of other institutions can join as students in the PhD Program, among those institutions are:
